Levar played college football at the university of North Carolina State. While in college Levar was an Academic All American, a consensus All American Football player and also defensive player of the year.
The Arizona Cardinals drafted Levar in 2002 as a linebacker. Levar had a good career with Arizona. He started for 4 years and was a team captain.
