Devon McDonald | President
Devon is originally from the Island of Jamaica, and one of 5 children born to Michael and Gloria McDonald. Devon moved to America when he was 11 years old. He eventually played football at the University of Notre Dame, Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals of NFL, and Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League. 11 years ago Devon spoke with a former team mate with the Indianapolis Colts, Steve Grant. Steve Grant shared with Devon about Sports World and his job to go and share a message of hope with young people all over the country. Devon and interviewed with Sports World and 4 months later was on his first Outreach. Devon has loved the great opportunity that was given to him. Today Devon serves as the President of Sports World, as well as a Pro Speaker on a few Outreaches each year. When Devon is not at Sports World he loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters. He also loves to read and write about things to enhance his faith. He also enjoys working out, playing golf, and fishing.

Shereasher McDonald | Chief Operating Officer
Shereasher is an Indiana Hoosier! She attended the Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis. Shereasher feels blessed to be a part of Sports World going on 9 years. She has been married going on 15 years and has two beautiful daughters. She enjoys bowling, shopping and developing her faith. She serves at Sports World as the COO of the organization.

Jennifer Raney | Marketing & Administration
Jennifer was born in Indianapolis and raised in Greenfield, Indiana. She is the youngest of three and grew up with a passion for her faith, her family and sports. In High School, a former Pro football player visited her school and spoke to the students about making positive choices. Only a few years later Jennifer would come to work for the organization that sent him. Prior to working for Sports World in 2006, Jennifer continued her education toward her Bachelors in Marketing working at various office positions. It was in September 2006 when an opportunity came up while she was working at a Staffing Agency to assist in a board meeting for a nonprofit. Knowing nothing about the organization Jennifer volunteered for the extra work. Jennifer arrived to the board meeting not knowing what to expect. After two days of assisting the Interim President and her staff, Jennifer was called back the following week and offered a position as an Administrative Assistant/ Associate. Five years later Jennifer oversees departments such as Marketing and Associates as well as assists in Bookkeeping, Event Planning and Administration. Jennifer has always had a passion for children and to be able to work for Sports World that’s sole purpose is to have a positive impact on students across the nation with a message of Hope is considered a true privilege and blessing.Outside the office, Jennifer continues working with social media and design as well as pursuing her degree in Marketing. She loves to spend time with her family, read, road trips and spending time in the outdoors, especially fishing.

Jean Sample | Regional Manager Supervisor
Rm  I came to SW in 1986 after having the opportunity to meet Doc Eshleman and Janet Schrecengost who were working out of the basement of our church. Doc inspired me with his vision for the former pro athlete to have the opportunity to speak to young people all across the nation. I always felt I was part of something really “big” even when working in a small corner of the basement. As the years have gone by, I have come to own Doc’s vision myself. It really is “big” to want to impact the youth of this country and give them hope for their futures. To tell them how valuable they are. How special they are! Doc’s passion became mine. I feel I am exactly where I am meant to be and I am more than happy doing what I am doing. I am part of something BIG!

Kimber Toney | Social Media Associate
Kimber recently returned to her home town in Indiana after residing in Tampa, FL for five years. After returning she accepted a position with Sports World. Growing up Kimber was a rebellious youth and because of the choices she made found herself walking down the wrong path. After hitting rock bottom she found that the quality of her life could be changed with just one decision….a positive choice. Today, Kimber has a passion to reach the youth of today and to encourage them to make positive choices so that they do not walk down the same path she did as a youth. She enjoys reading, writing poetry, knitting, and music.

Nicole Grady | Associate
Nicole was born in Michigan and raised in Indiana by her father. After several life altering experiences, which lead to struggles of self-esteem and self-identity issues, Nicole found herself looking for love in all the wrong places. In efforts to fill her voids she had her bouts with drugs, alcohol and became a young mother at 17. Nicole still continued a life of reckless living many years after. It was at her lowest moment in life where it seemed to crumble like a domino effect with a failed marriage, lose of job, eviction and utter brokenness. She then began the journey of a new found Hope! Today she has been restored with a husband, children, grandchildren, stability and a purpose. Working for Sports World allows her the opportunity to motivate and encourage the youth of today that their self-worth is not centered around their hurt, struggles or fears but knowing that they are valued, loved and they are OVERCOMERS!
